A dripping tap, a wobbly toilet, a sink with a slow drain — these jobs are too small for most plumbers to bother with, but they make a real difference to daily life. We do them properly, with new isolation valves where needed and silicone where it matters.
The £85 price covers labour and isolation work for a single fixture replacement. You can supply the new tap/toilet/sink (we'll fit what you bought), or we can supply at trade prices if you'd prefer.
Multiple fixtures in one visit? We discount each additional one.
How it works
Common questions
Can I supply my own tap/toilet?
Absolutely. Many customers find a deal at Wickes, B&Q, or online. Just have it ready when we arrive. If there's a compatibility issue we spot it before starting and discuss options.
How long does it take?
A tap replacement is typically 30-45 minutes. A toilet replacement is 60-90 minutes. A full sink replacement (with new waste pipework) might be 90 minutes.
What's the price for multiple fixtures in one visit?
First fixture £85, each additional is £40. So replacing all 3 (tap, toilet, sink) in one visit is £165.
What if there's a hidden problem like rotted pipework?
We'll show you, explain the options, and quote any extra work in writing before starting. You're free to decline and we'll just put things back together as they were.
